Circl is a free 3-5 month program for 18-24 year olds who are looking to develop their leadership skills. You’ll be matched with a professional from a company (such as Meta or Google) and learn how to do workplace coaching alongside them. You’ll spend 1-2 hours per week coaching and being coached by your professional match to help one another achieve your goals and overcome your challenges. Upon completion of the program, you and your professional match will gain an accredited coaching qualification from the Association for Coaching (worth $2000).
